What happens when we have the Free Consultation?
~ You meet us. We meet you and, most importantly, we meet your pet(s).
~ We interact with your pet(s) in your presence.
If you see that our service is a good fit for you and your pet(s) and we feel the same way, you will then give detailed expectations to the sitter and a walk-through of where food, treats, cleaning supplies, etc. are located.
~ A date is confirmed.
~ Two (2) keys are made available.
~ All forms are reviewed/signed. Your pet(s) should be up-to-date on all shots.
~ Payment is collected (cash, check or PayPal through our website).
Pay to the order of I’m Your Huckleberry Pet Sitting. You do have the option to pay on the day the sitter arrives or any time before, but please keep in mind that payment has to be made in full before we take care of your pet(s).
How will I know when the sitter arrives in my home?
~ You will be contacted either by text, telephone call, photo or video.
It is your choice as to how you would like to be notified. There will also be a detailed note from the sitter in a central location of your home regarding the visit.
What if I need you to do things that you normally don’t do for other clients?
~ Just let us know and we will see how we can accommodate you and your pet(s).
I’m going out of town and my pet needs more than 3 potty breaks a day. I don’t really want someone staying in my home overnight, but do need more pet visits while I’m away… Can this be done?
~ Yes. Let’s discuss in more detail and see how we can accommodate you and your pet(s).
